New layout to separate a split-level penthouse with upstairs swimming pool in a Seventies apartment building into two separate lofts.  Extra-wide floor-to-ceiling windows lead to expansive continuous terrace space around the entire property.  Surrounded by vibrant greenery, the inhabitant gets the sense of living in a sumptuous tree house.

Work for the client also included bespoke furniture and a revamped color-scheme, such as painting the exterior of the property to resemble a black jewel.
